Thank you for visiting our website! With all the safety precautions we have to take, we've decided to do an online raffle in place of our traditional Stag n Doe. How Does It Work?
We're trying to keep this as simple as possible! Here's the FAQ to hopefully answer all of your questions. If you have any other questions please feel free to leave them on the Facebook event page here or contact us directly.
Q: What are the prizes and how much do the tickets cost?
A: There are 3 prizes up for grabs. Visit the next page to see them in detail!
Tickets are 1 for $10, 3 for $25, 5 for $40, and 10 for $65. You can buy any amount of tickets in between and beyond these packages as well (Ex: 6 for $50).
Q: How do I purchase tickets?
A: We are doing the ticket sales through E-transfer to: emilydarylraffle@gmail.com
We have auto-deposit set up so there is no need for a security question.
Once the transfer is sent, please email emilydarylraffle@gmail.com and include the following pieces of info:
-Your name (how it appears on the e-transfer)
-Your phone number
-How you would like your tickets allocated
You can put all your tickets into one prize or split them up however you want!
Once we receive your e-transfer and email, we will reply confirming that you've been entered into the raffle.
To summarize:
1: Look through the prizes and pick which ones you want to enter for.
2: Decide how many tickets you would like.
3: E-transfer for the amount of tickets you chose.
4. Email emilydarylraffle@gmail.com to let us know which prize you want your tickets entered into.
Q: What if I prefer to give cash and have a physical ticket?
A: We have printed a small quantity of physical tickets that can be purchased for those who can't e-transfer or prefer not to. If you know someone in the family or wedding party, please reach out to them and we will arrange to get you a physical ticket while complying with social distancing guidelines.
Q: How are you drawing the winners and how do I receive my prize if I won?
A: On September 6th, 2020 at 3:00PM we'll be doing a live stream on our Facebook Event page here to draw the winners. You do not have to watch to win! We'll be contacting all the winners after the live stream to arrange drop off/pick up details. We will also list all the winners on this site afterwards.
